Cancellation policy, bad weather arrangements

The Backyard Entertainment Limited (“the Company”)

 

Bad Weather Arrangement

 1. If the Hong Kong Observatory hoists Typhoon Signal No. 1 or the Red Rainstorm Signal before boarding, or downgrades from a higher typhoon or rainstorm signal to the above signals within two hours before boarding, the boarding arrangements shall proceed as scheduled and no refund shall be provided.

 2. If Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above or the Black Rainstorm Signal is hoisted two hours before boarding, the trip may be rescheduled. Subject to availability, the Company will try to accommodate a new booking within 3 months of the original date. Rental fees may be adjusted based on market conditions. Any additional charges for rescheduling shall be non-refundable. The Company reserves full discretion over rescheduling arrangements.

 3. If the order is cancelled or rescheduled, and any pre-ordered catering cannot be cancelled, the Customer shall bear the costs and collect the food and beverages at the originally scheduled time and location.

 4. All change requests must be made at least 7 days before the scheduled boarding date. Each order can be rescheduled only once. Any changes must be confirmed by the Company in writing to be valid. The Company has final discretion over change requests.

 

 

Cancellation Policy

 1. If the Customer cancels the order within 24 hours of reservation, a full refund will be issued.

 2. If the Customer cancels the order within 21 days before the boarding date, a 50% refund will be issued.

 3. If the Customer cancels the order less than 21 days before the boarding date, no refund will be provided.

 4. If the vessel breaks down on the boarding date and becomes unavailable, the Company will notify the Customer as soon as possible. The Company may reschedule or substitute the vessel with one of similar class (if available). In this case, the Customer may choose to terminate the charter and request a full refund.

 

 

Language

 

If there is any inconsistency between the Chinese version and the English version of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
